Conducted a workshop with a few members of the Financial Health team.
Created an initial draft of the site map, visualizing the common mental model of a paycheck-to-paycheck member as they navigate through our website.
With a timespan of two weeks, worked through multiple iterations of how the platform could be restructured to better fit our members' mental model.
